Reframing a four-hotel portfolio around a single visitor intent.

The live site is a portal — four hotels side by side, nothing chosen for you. Right for a homepage, wrong for a page whose traffic all arrives from one ad already holding one intent. The brief was to rebuild that arrival as a funnel.

A modest-fashion storefront for a brand moving off social commerce.

I designed it and built the front end in Next.js and React, straight in the browser with no Figma stage. Engineering integrated that build and owned the back end; the store shipped carrying a catalogue, cart, accounts and articles. Taken on revenue share.
